Online Questionnaire: Social Responsibility
MANAGERS, IT’S YOUR TURN TO SPEAK OUT!
Questions of professional ethics, responsibility and alertness are being ever more widely discussed. While the social responsibility of corporations (CSR), of administrations and of organisations is often highlighted, there is far less discussion of the responsibilities of those acting to implement that responsibility and sustainable development, i.e. managerial and professional staff. Under what conditions can M&P staff exercise professional, ethical and societal responsibility? What rights and guarantees should they have to be able to exercise such responsibility under favourable conditions?
Today, these questions are ours, partners in the Initiative for the Social Responsibility of M&P Staff (IRESCA). We want to address them to a large audience of managers, professionals and engineers, in order to better understand the realities on the ground, within companies and administrations.
