I'm also able to access the site from our office. Seems like this was an isolated incident (PC issue).

It can also be an isolated incident for the whole HP local site.

It's perhaps not all the HP network but some of them.

There is certainly something. From some colleagues we have heard that it is not possible to go to the blog directly, though, you can land on the UNI site, got to IT&Service and enter the blog from there. For many it is no problem at all.
