Bank on Rights

Bank on Rights is a global campaign in support of bank and insurance workers who are under constant pressure to push products onto customers. Bank and insurance workers are forced to do this, in some cases, to the detriment of their own good judgement, and that of the customer. Finance trade unions around the globe are campaigning together to 'Stop the Pressure' on bank workers.

As a part of the Bank on Rights Campaign, UNI Finance and its unions have created the Model Charter on Responsible Sales of Financial Products to set a standard for finance companies to ensure the best possible framework for providing advice and responsible sales of products to customers.

By signing this charter, financial institutions agree to provide responsible and sustainable financial services.
