> I WORK IN > Gaming

UNI brings together unions in the sector each year to discuss problems that affect all gaming employees, to support them to get better agreements with companies and to promote the defence of labour rights through the joint action of trade unions at the national and international levels.

Some of the issues tackled in our meetings, include: occupational health and safety, rotating shifts, night work, etc; gaming workers’ vocational training and professional certification; wages and tipping systems; the introduction of new technologies and their impact on the workplace; the need to strengthen trade unions; and the necessity to enter into global agreements with employers.

Working jointly is the only way to face up to the problems posed by a globalised economy; therefore, UNI Gaming Global Union is a fundamental tool to defend gaming workers’ rights worldwide.
