In the case of international sourcing, UNI Finance supports the conclusion of globalisation agreements between the company and unions in the source country. Such agreements also aim at ensuring that companies adhere to core labour standards in the destination country.

Restructuring and M&As
Restructuring as well as mergers and acquisitions have become a perennial feature of the finance industry. UNI Finance addresses the emergence of cross-border mergers and acquisitions by shadowing and influencing deals from the outset in cooperation with the affiliates affected.

Organising
Only a strong membership base ultimately guarantees strong trade unions and workers’ influence. This is why UNI Finance and its affiliates work toward a fully unionised sector across the globe. They aim to develop a culture of union organising in all aspects of UNI Finance’s activities.
