UNI-PS has made global agreements with G4S, ISS and Securitas to ensure protection of fundamental labour rights, such as freedom from discrimination and the right to join a union. UNI-PS global agreements also provide for union access to workplaces and other practical provisions to assist national unions in building their membership, to have sufficient strength to demand adequate working conditions.
